  4. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

After 7 Days

After the initial 7-day period:

  • Purchases are non-refundable after the 7-day guarantee period
  • There are no recurring charges — you only pay when you choose to renew
  • You retain access until the end of your 30-day period

How to Request a Refund

Cancellation vs Refund

Please note the difference:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing. You keep access until the end of your current period.
  • Refund: Only available within 7 days of first payment. Access is revoked upon refund.
